Thai labour Standard Award

In 2020, The company received an award from the Ministry of Labour for the factory that can maintain Thai Labor Standard system for 5 consecutive years. We develop its labour management system and focus on employees with respect, fairness, suitable income, and safe work which are all important factors for sustainable business development.

 


Healthy, Safety and Happy Workplace Project

The company received a national gold award in 2018 at Healthy, Safety and Happy Workplace Project from the Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. We raise the quality of life of employees to be healthy, reduce injuries and be safe from occupations and the environment as well as having good mental health.

 


Outstanding business establishment in promoting labor skill development

We, AMSCO, are one of 15 Companies that were selected as an outstanding business establishment in promoting labor skill development for the year 2024. Mr. Fumihiko Koide, Managing Director, received an award from Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labor, on March 15, 2024, at the Ministry of Labor, Bangkok. It is an award of pride for our importance in promoting the development of labor skills to our employees.

On November 12, 2024, we received a certificate of honor "Excellent Practices Establishment on Labour Relations and Welfare National Level 2024" award from the Ministry of Labour. This prestigious recognition emphasizes our commitment to fostering unity in labourrelations and promoting employee well-being through excellent practices such as Welfare Committee in ourcompany, remuneration, economic and health welfare, and strict adherence to labour laws.

On November 12, 2024, we received a certificate of honor “Excellent Practices Establishment on Occupational Safety and Health Provincial Level 2024” from The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. Zero Accident Campaign Award 2025

On July 3, 2025, the company received a trophy and certificate of honor for establishments with excellent safety, occupational health, and working environment management, in the Zero Accident Campaign 2025 at the Bronze level from the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Public Organization). This award reflects our strong commitment to continuously improving safety operations, based on the concept that " Work-related accidents are preventable ". This is achieved by reducing the incidence of accidents in our company to zero.
